Organized by the Sailing Club of Mykonos, on one of the most beautiful of the Greek islands, the event marks the beginning of a long-term campaign to promote the sport of sailing among young people in Greece. The Dream Race is a unique type of sailing event. It will pitch highly competitive match racing specialists against Olympic medallists and other sailing world champions. In 2005, four Olympic medallists teams will compete against four America's Cup teams, promising the sporting world a world-class sailing event.
