I have been visiting this hotel since 1976 and have watched the Acrogiali grow from small bungalows in the beautiful courtyard to the lovely hotel it is today! George and Johanna, the owners, are very kind and helpful people. I believe their children are now running many of the operations. The Acrogiali is perfect--the location, the rooms, the restaurant, the shuttle from the airport, the friendly staff! I will not stay anywhere else in Mykonos!

we stayed there on peack season. The rooms are simple but very clean. Staff are friendly and the morning breakfast has many choices. we loved our stay and will return.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Acrogiali Hotel for 3 nights while on vacation around the Cyclade islands. We highly recommend to go in the low season. We where there from May 20th to May 23rd; no reservation made and got a very good price. (40$ US/night). We heard that it is over booked for the high season. The room was fantastic, not very big but very clean, beach front with a balcony that faces the ocean. The breakfast is included with the room which is a daily prepared buffet style breakfast. The food if very good; they serve 6 or 7 choices of cereals, toasts, eggs, ham, muffins, fresh juices and coffee, fruits.. can be repetitive but always fresh food. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor which is very good and not expansive. You can have a good meal for 2 for around 25$. The restaurant offers an ocean front terrace which is very romantic. The wheatear is really great in May. Around 25ºC during the day dropping to 15ºC at night. The beach is clean and you can walk for about 1.5 kilometres. Plenty of beach chairs. There is 2 convenience stores from a walk distance that offer all kinds of things. (fresh drinks, alcohol, gifts, food..) There is a bus stop just at the corner and they charge you 1$ for the ride to get downtown. Taxi ride is around 10$. Bars are very expansive downtown. Be prepared to pay up to 15$US for a drink. High price when you can buy a 500ml Heineken for around 1.50$ at the store ! I recommend this hotel if you want to have a great time and relax with your partner. The Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. You will definitely have a great time.
